BuildEXA is a project and workflow management platform for construction and property management businesses. We do not use cookies to sell your data, and we do not use cookies for cross-site behavioral advertising outside of the marketing category described below.

4. Third-Party Cookies & Services
Some cookies are placed by third-party services we rely on to operate and improve the Service. These providers may set their own cookies subject to their own privacy and cookie policies. Depending on your consent choices and how you use the Service, this may include:

Under Ley N° 8968 (Ley de Protección de la Persona frente al tratamiento de sus datos personales) and its Reglamento (Decreto Ejecutivo N° 37554-JP), non-essential cookies — Functional, Analytics, and Marketing — are only set on your device with your prior, informed consent. Essential cookies do not require consent because they are necessary to provide the Service you have requested.
We have not yet implemented an on-site consent banner or a category-by-category consent tool. Until that mechanism is live, the Service does not enable non-essential (Functional, Analytics, or Marketing) cookies — we will only turn on a non-essential category after we have a compliant way for you to give, and later withdraw, prior informed consent to it, consistent with Ley N.° 8968. If you have questions about your consent choices in the meantime, or want to know whether a particular non-essential category is currently active, contact us using the details in Section 8.
You can also control cookies directly through your browser settings, as described in the next section. If you disable Essential cookies at the browser level, parts of the Service — including sign-in — may not function correctly.
